FINALOGIC admits its responsibility to protect all user data, which are collected by FanPlay and/or any other technology connected to FanPlay, to store it with due diligence, and to take all measures required to protect the user data and user information from misuse.

FINALOGIC collects, processes, and uses personal data only in accordance with the requirements as defined in the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG 2000).
This Privacy Policy is part of the commitment of FINALOGIC to protect user data. It is issued to present the collection, the processing, the usage and the storage methods and processes for data collected by FINALOGIC based on the use of FanPlay.

Use of FINALOGIC websites
FINALOGIC uses Google Analytics to register the hits on its websites.

Use of FanPlay
Additionally to the personal data collected upon registration for FanPlay, other data may be collected depending on the service module of FanPlay used by the user. This data related to the use of the relevant service module, and may include – but not limited to – data about the purchase of products and services, voucher codes, use of the electronic purse, etc.
This data will be collected and stored exclusively by FINALOGIC, and only used for the evaluation of the use of the services of FINALOGIC.
Data Protection by FINALOGIC
FINALOGIC uses various security systems to protect the stored data against loss and misuse.
FINALOGIC undertakes all “state-of-the-art”-precautions to protect the stored date, including but not limited to up-to-date security software, coding standards, and cryptographic methods. Despite these safety precautions, FINALOGIC cannot warrant the loss of data or misuse may not happen. Thus, FINALOGIC disclaims any liability for any kind of data loss and/or misuse if this data loss and/or misuse is caused by any third party beyond the sphere of responsibility of FINALOGIC.
FINALOGIC will not transfer and/or disclose any user data, whether personal data or not, to any third party, except for (a) it is essential to the functionality of the service of FINALOGIC, and (b) the user accepted the data transfer / disclosure. In addition, FINALOGIC may be obliged by law to transfer and/or disclose user data to governmental authorities. The transfer and/or disclosure of user data based on a legal obligation of FINALOGIC is not subject to the permission of the user.
Right of Access, Correction and Deletion of Data
The user has the right of access, correction and deletion of data subject to the conditions of the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG 2000).

The data collected by FINALOGIC may be essential to the use of the relevant service of FINALOGIC. If the user requires deletion of data relating to him, and if this data is essential to the use of a service of FINALOGIC, the functionality of the relevant service may be reduced or even non-functional. In this case, FINALOGIC disclaims any liability for any loss and/or damage caused by the reduced functionality or the non-functionality. Furthermore, any reduced functionality or even non-functionality caused by the deletion of any stored data upon the user’s request shall not form any title to extraordinary termination of the service agreement between the user and FINALOGIC.
